免费读2352字2024-07-26

老师:Hello boys and girls. Welcome to the second period of Unit 1. My name's Gina. I am your English teacher, Miss Hu. In this lesson, here are the two learning objectives. By the end of this class, you will be able to use the present simple tense of linking verb B correctly. First and second, use the adjectival possessive pronounce correctly.

老师:Here is a picture during the break time. In this picture, we can see a boy and a girl. Do you think they meet for the first time? Probably yes, because they are shaking hands. What would they say? Let's predict. Maybe they are greeting and asking and answering about names.

老师:The boy may say, hello, my name's Eric. Are you Alice? Nice to meet you. The girl may say, good morning. May I know your name? May I know your name? Is another expression of saying, what's your name? It's a more polite way to ask about others names. So next time when you meet a new friend, you may use this sentence, may I know your name, to ask his or her name. The girl may also say, yes, I am, as an answer to the question, are you Alice? Also, she will say, nice to meet you too, as a response. This is our prediction. Let's see what they say. The boy says, hello, what's your name? And the girl says, my name's Alice. The boy says, I'm Eric. And the girl says, nice to meet you.

老师:Okay, here is a new picture for all of you. Can you tell me how many students there are in this picture? 1,2,3,4. Altogether we've got four students in this picture. Also, we can notice that Eric and Alice are shaking hands. So here is a new question for you. These two students that I have already circled for you, do you think they meet for the first time? Probably. No. It seems that they are friends talking about new classmates. They too are friends. And they are pointing at Eric and Alice. So that's my guess. What are they talking about? Let's predict. So my prediction is, is he Mike? No, he isn't. He is Eric. What's her name? She's Alice. And let's see what they are really talking about. What's his name? His name's Eric. And what's her name? Her names? Alice. During the break time, students talk to each other because they want to meet more friends. How could we ask an answer about names? Do you remember what they say? Can you think of some sentences we've just met? Here are the sentences. What's your name? My name's Alice. I'm Eric. What's his name? His name's Eric. What's her name? Her name's Alice. Is he Mike? No, he isn't. He's Eric. Are you Linda? Yes, I am.

老师:So these are sentences we use to ask an answer about names. Can you find some rules in these sentences? Maybe some of you have noticed that these six words are used before the word name. Your name, my name, his name, and her name. My, your, his and her are adjectival possessive pronouns. T
