老师：before we get started， i want to ask you two questions do you think youre healthy。 Are you healthier than your parents? Let's do a health quiz. In this quiz, you can choose the option that is suitable for you and then add the points up. Do you want to know if Miss Hu has healthy habits? Let's take a look and you can check yours at the same time. The first one, how often do we eat breakfast? Well, for me, I eat breakfast every day, so I would choose C. Then I get two points. For example, exercise, read books 365 days, and watch TV for over 2 hours, 320 days.
老师：Do you still remember this chart? Can we express these habits by using the adverbs of frequency? We can try to calculate the percentage for each activities first, then write down the adverbs of frequency.
老师：我们可以首先将天数转化成百分比，再写出对应的频度副词。比如 365 天，可以先除以365，再乘以百分比，最终得出是100%，对应的频率大概是always，也可以用 every day 来表示。第二个 320 天除以 365 天，再乘以百分比，得出是88%，大约对应的频度负词是优弱类。我们可以同样的方法得出often，sometimes，hardly， ever and never 等等。当然，老师得提醒大家一下，这样的对应只是为了后边的填词做的一个大致的对应，不是非常精确的。
