  老师:Hi, everyone. I'm Heidi from the Experimental High School attached to Beijing Normal University.

  学生:大家好,我是来自北师大附属实验中学的黄乐佳老师。今天我们要一起学习外研版初二下册第八模块module。

  老师:eight unit three languaging use part one。 In this part, we are going to learn the objective clause. You have to get your book ready, a notebook and a pen, cause you have a lot to write today. Before we start, let's review what we have Learned in Unit 1 and 2. First, let's listen and read the dialogue together with the tape. While reading, try to point out the objective clauses.

  学生:宾语从句。

  老师:and underline those sentences。

  学生:有同学可能觉得这有点困难,没关系,在前面两讲和以往的学习中,老师们多少都提及过宾语从句,大家先尝试着找一下,找不到或者找错了都没有关系,因为这就是本节课我们要学习的重点。好了,我们先一起来边听边跟读一下这段对话,边读呢,边把你觉得是宾语从句的句子画出来,那我们开始吧。

  学生:Here we are. Welcome to Bay High Park.

  学生:Wow, it's so quiet here that I can even hear the birds singing. I could hardly believe we're in the city center.

  学生:This park is famous for its lake bridges and the ancient buildings on the hill. The lake takes up over half of the park area. Let's walk along the lake, cross the bridge and climb up the hill. Then I can point out the sites of Beijing for you.

  学生:Yes, good idea. I'm sure it will be fantastic to see the city from the top, but I'm so tired and it's so hot here, I don't want to climb. The lake looks nice and cool.

  老师:Why don't we go for a swim?

  学生:I don't think they allow people to swim in the lake. It's dangerous.

  学生:That's too bad. Then why don't we have our picnic here? I was so hungry and thirsty.

  学生:I think it's better to have our picnic at the top of the hill.

  学生:Come on, let's not waste any more time. All right. I hope it will be cooler up there.

  老师:Have you found the objective clauses appeared in the dialogue?

  学生:我们辨认出对话里哪些句子是宾语从句了吗? like see,下面这几句话就是宾语从句,大家拿出红笔,跟着我一起在对话中把这些正确的宾语从句画出来。同时我们好好的观察一下这些句子都有什么特点。

  老师:I can hardly believe we are in the city center.

  学生:我几乎不相信这件事儿,不相信什么事儿?不相信我们在市中心。

  老师:we are in the city center。

  学生:动词 believe 的后面是不是跟了一个句子?我们看下一句。

  老师:I'm sure it will be fantastic to see the city from the top.

  学生:I'm sure, Kanye, it will.

  老师:Be fantastic to see the city from the top. I don't think they allow people to swim in the lake.

  学生:我不相信。 i dont think。我不相信什么?

  老师:They allow people to swim in the lake. i dont。

  学生:think 的后面是不是也是一个句子?大家依次往下看。

  老师:Think it better to have our picnic at the.

  学生:Top of the hill? Think what you either.

  老师:Better to have our picnic at the top of the hill.

  学生:下面这一句。

  老师:i hope it will be cooler up there。

  学生:i hope 我希望的内容是什么呀?

  老师:it will be cooler up there。

  学生:在我给大家详细讲解前,我希望大家先好好观察和体味一下这些句子都有什么特点。在第一单元的对话和第二单元 Betty 写给父母的信里,都出现了很多类似这样的句子。我们跟着对话中找出来的这些句子的特点,一边听一边再读一下第二课,看看第二课的课文里还有没有类似的句子,让我们一起把它们找出来好不好?
