老师：同学们大家好，我是来自北京市第十四中学的张宇轩老师，很高兴与大家见面。今天我们要一起学习的是外研版初二英语下册第四模块第三单元的内容。第四模块的主题是 seeing the doctor。今天我们要来一起学习第三单元 language in use。第一讲语言知识部分。下面让我们进入到今天的课堂学习 at the beginning。
老师：Of our class, do you still remember the dialogue between Daming and the doctor? Daming has felt ill for a few days and he decides to see a doctor. Now let's listen to the dialogue again and try to answer these two questions. The first one, how long has that mean been ill? The second one, does dummy do any exercise? Now let's listen carefully.
学生：How can I help you? I feel ill. I've got a stomachache and my head hurts. How long have you been like this? Since Friday. I've been ill for about 3 days. I see. Have you caught a cold? I don't think so. Let me take your temperature. There's no fever. What kind of food do you eat? Usually fast food? Do you have breakfast? No, not usually. That's the problem. Fast food and no breakfast. That's why you've got a stomachache. What about the headache? Do you do any exercise? Not really. I haven't done much exercise since I got my computer last year.
老师：Alright, have you got the answers? Let's check them. How long has that mean been ill? He has been ill since Friday. Does that mean do any exercise? No, he doesn't. He hasn't done much exercise since he got his computer last.
老师：year 大明自从得到了他的电脑，就没再做过任何运动。
老师：now lets take a look at these two sentences have you found something in common between them good job。
老师：相信同学们已经发现了第一句中的 has been 和第二句中 hasnt done 两句话都使用了现在完成时的时态。 anything else right 两句话中都运用到了since。那么 since 这两个句子当中分别是什么意思？
老师：he has been ill since Friday。
老师：自从周五开始他就生病了。
老师：he hasnt done much exercise since he got his computer last year。
老师：自从他得到了他的电脑，就没再做过任何运动。所以 since 应当翻译为自从。那么现在我们再来一起看一看 since 后面可以接什么呢？可以是一个单词 Friday 星期五，也可以是一个句子提高利斯 computer last year，他去年得到他的电脑，所以我们会发现 since 后面接的是一个时间点。由此我们可以说 since 是可以和现在完成时一起连用的句式。
老师：结构为 subject plus have has done plus since plus when the situation started。主语加现在完成时基本结构 have a stone 加 since 再加上一个时间点。那么什么是时间点？
老师：For example, since August 2003, since he was born. Am I clear now? Let's look at these two sentences. The first example, they have worked here since August 2003.
老师：他们自从 2003 年的8月起就在这里工作。这个句子使用的是什么时态？通过 have worked 我们可以得知这是一个现在完成时态下的句子。那么为什么要使用 since excellent？因为 August two thousand three 是指 2003 年8月的那个时候是一个时间点。
老师：OK， lets look at the other one he has lived in this city， since he was born。
老师：他从出生开始就住在这所城市。通过海斯 lived 我们得知这也是一个现在完成时态下的句子，并且 he was born。他出生的那一刻是一个时间点，所以同样需要运用到。
老师：since now lets try to complete the two sentences the first one， i havent seen her what last year。
老师：空格处前 haven 森使用的是现在完成时空格处后 last year 表示去年那个时候是一个时间点，所以空格处应该填。 since 表示从去年开始我就没再见过他了。
老师：the second one i have had my watch what i was fifteen years old。
老师：空格处前 have had 也是现在完成时
