老师：in unit one， Tony suggested we go online to search for information on space travel， did you do that then what do you know about space travel here are some questions number one， how many astronauts have been to Mars three，two， one or zero which is the right answer well， the answer is d actually no one has been to Mars question two have scientists discovered life on Mars yes or no from unit one， we know scientists havent discovered life on Mars question three how many planets go around the sun， six seven eight or nine well there are eight planets going around the sun do you know the names of the eight planets？
老师：they are mercury 水星 Venus 金星 earth 地球 Mars 火星 Jupiter 木星 Saturn 土星 Uranus 天王星 and Neptune 海王星。这个顺序也正是他们离太阳的距离由近到远的顺序。
老师：So Mercury is the closest to the sun, and Neptune is the farthest from the sound. Look at this picture. We can see clearly the eight planets around the sun. The sun and the eight planets are called the solar system.
老师：太阳系我们知道太阳系是银河系的一部分，那么银河系用英文怎么说？两种说法， the galaxy or the milky way galaxy 一定要大写第一个字母才能表示银河系。如果不大写第一个字母g，那么 galaxy 可以指任何星系。无数个星系构成了宇宙。
老师：the universe its said there are two training galaxies in the universe。
老师：有研究发现宇宙中有2万亿个星系。
老师：so how large is the universe its impossible to imagine in unit one we know Tony has made a model spaceship for the school project， then what do you know about Chinese spaceships do you know the name of this spaceship IM in the left one。
老师：图片中右边的部分是天宫二号空间实验室，图片里左边的部分才是 spaceship what is this spaceship called it is shenzhou Eleven 神州十一号飞船。 shenzhou eleven spaceship is a manned spaceship 慢的形容词，意为机器车辆等有人控制的。 a man 的 spaceship 就是载人飞船，神舟十一号就是一艘载人飞船。
老师：so far China has successfully sent six mend spaceships and eleven astronauts into space including two women astronauts as Chinese， we are really proud of our country。
老师：回顾一下我们刚才提到的与 space travel 相关的词汇。
