The title is satisfaction guaranteed. Guarantee is a transitive verb which means to promise to do something or to promise something will happen.
老师：Here are two examples. We guarantee to deliver your goods within a week. Basic human rights, including freedom of speech, are now guaranteed. Guarantee can also be used as a noun. For example, your watch is still under guarantee. Guarantee year means a written promise given by a producer that something you buy will be replaced or repaired without payment if it goes wrong within a particular period. In this title, guarantee is used as a past participle to modify the word satisfaction.

Be careful with the adjective and adverb of sympathy. They are sympathetic sympathetically.

It can be used as accompanies nowadays to some place or keep somebody company, or in the company of somebody.
