So first of all, let's think about these two questions. First one, what do you think makes up the healthy diet? The second one, what are some rules for healthy eating? Please finish the first task of Activity 2, what are the key details that support each point? So before moving on to that activity, we're going to think about the three questions. The first one, what is a point in a passage? The second one, what kind of information is the detail? And the third one, what is the relationship between a point and a detail? Okay, let's see.

  老师:The first one, what is the point in the passage? The writer's opinion or the main idea is a point in the passage. The second one, what kind of information is the detail? A fact or feature about something is what we call it a detail. The third one, a detail is used to support a point. You got it.

  老师:Now let's see them all together. The key details that support each point. For the first one, in America, people who receive 25% of their daily calories or more, their sugar, are twice as likely to die from heart disease than people who receive less than 10% a day. Here, calories means.

  老师:Next one, the average American gets one third of his or her sugar through sweet drinks alone. Okay, for this one, I got two details. First one, fruit and vegetables are full of vitamins and fiber.

  老师:and here fiber means 纤维制品 process means 加工的。

  老师:And quantity is amount of something. For this one, detail one, people who chew too quickly end up eating too much food because they still feel hungry. Detail too, eating slowly also allows your body to digest your foot better and will allow you to enjoy your foot more. Here, chew meant to bite food sever
