免费读2396字2024-07-26

老师:Hello, everyone. Welcome to my class. Today we are going to talk about camps for teenagers. In this class, you will get the information about two camps. Also, you will summarize and use expressions about the future to talk about your plans. In the end, you plan and present a used camp.

老师:Now let's get started. What is a camp? It used to be common for children to attend a summer camp in a rural location. Children would take part in basic camping activities, such as swimming in the lake, learning to make a fire and making crafts from wood. The people leading such camps are called camp counselors.

老师:Over the years, some camps have become much more specialized. Now there are summer camps dedicated to different kinds of sports, to chess, to classical music, to science, to robotics, to theater, you name it. Some of the highly specialized camps may be quite expensive or have high requirements to attend and may have a waiting list for those who wish to sign up.

老师:Have you ever been to a camp? What camps have you ever been to? Music camp, sports cap or English camp? What did you do at the camps? We listen to music, played sports games, or you did projects with your partners in English. What have you Learned? You've Learned professional knowledge and communication skills.

老师:Why did you choose to go to camps? Maybe because camps can give you many chances to broaden your horizon, make friends and develop your team spirits. That's perfect. If you haven't been to any camps, you will have a chance to know more about it in today's lesson. Now let's look at two pictures about camps. What can you see in the 2 pictures? What activities would the camps involve? In the first picture, there is a young man in the forest with a sleeping bag and a rucksack. So we know the cap may somehow involve camping. In the second photo, there are teenagers from different countries, so we know that the camp may somehow involve it's national relations and culture. Of the two camps, which one do you like better? Some of you may prefer the first camp because you'd like to have an exciting experience and learn to live in the forest, while some others may prefer the second one because they would like to meet people from different countries and make friends with them. What are the caps? Max and Cao Jing are talking about them now. Let's listen to their conversation and find out the answer. Listening and talking.

学生:One Xiao Jing and Max are talking about camps. Hi.
