老师:Okay, before we start our lesson, let's look at the learning objectives first. No. 2, summarize the general rules of restrictive relative clauses with relative adverbs. No. 3, distinguish restrictive relative clauses with relative adverbs from restrictive relative clauses with relative pronounce. First, I will introduce a friend of mine to you. This is me, and my name is Joyce. This is Jane. She is my good friend. I can stay. I have a good friend who is called Jane, or I have a good friend whose name is Jane. Jane is a businesswoman. She often travels around the world. Please combine it into one sentence. 老师:From the video, we say teenagers need 8 to 10 hours a day. It seems that most of us lack sleep. In this class, we are going to read a passage about sleep problems. No. 2, what are the reasons leading to sleep problems? No. 3, what are the bad effects that sleep problems bring? Okay, 2 minutes for you.

老师:Okay, now let's look at the first question. What kinds of sleep problems do people suffer from? Some are unable to fall asleep, some wake up in the middle of the night, and some don't get enough sleep. Do you have sleep problems in your childhood?

老师:Actually, no, right? Can you find out the sentence which describes childhood in your article and read it? So childhood is a time when you had no worries stopping you from getting a good night's rest. That is to say, in childhood, we don't have sleep problems. S
