  老师:Affiliated to Beijing Normal University. Welcome to today's online lesson. In today's lesson, we will go on learning Unit 4 and focus on another passage in developing ideas, arts and technology. As we can see from the title, the main content of the passage is something about the relations between art and technology. By learning this passage, you will be able to get the main idea and specific information of the passage. And then you will be able to understand the changes brought about by the development of art and technology. And No. 3, you will be able to relate the developments of arts and technology to your real lives.

  老师:Before we start learning the passage, I will play a video related to the topic. You are supposed to watch the video attentively and answer the following questions. The first question is, how many artworks did you see from the video? The second question is, what methods did they use to create the artworks? The last question, as you can see from the screen or your book, is, did you think technology can be considered a form of art? Today, advances in technology have brought the amazing power of the camera into a new period. Almost everyone can easily take a photo that reveals the world in a unique way. With the help of photo editing software and apps, you can even create the impossible and make your craziest fantasies, such as standing on top of the Eiffel Tower or balancing an edge elephant in your hands, come true. So what are you waiting for? Just pick up your camera and press a button.
