  老师:You've done a good job. Thank you for your presentation. We are living in northern China. Have you ever thought about life in southern China? Now let's move on to activity. Ten working pairs talk about the differences between life in southern China and northern China. Here are three minutes for you to prepare. James Group, what about you? Have a try.

  学生:Living in northern China. Sometimes I really want to experience life in southern China, especially in winter when it's freezing cold and dry in our city.

  学生:Actually, this can be a good thing. We enjoy all sorts of winter activities, such as going skating, playing in the snow and so on.

  学生:It said light. People can usually swim outdoor in winter in southern China. How exciting.

  学生:But sometimes it can get too hot in summer and it rains a lot. We know that due to the geographical location and climate type, the main crop in southern China is rice. People there live on rice, believe it or not. It will take you some time to get used to the food in southern China. If you go there.

  学生:Yes, it's quite different from us. Most of our northern Chinese prefer food made of flour.

  学生:Even the Chinese New Year Celebration varies in southern and northern China. The New Year food decorations as well as activities are all different.

  学生:One thing is for sure low no matter how different life is in the north and South China, we share the same route.

  学生:You said it. To tell the truth, I'd like to tell Tula. To tell the truth, I'd like to try different life in southern China, too.

  老师:Well done. Thank you for your perfect performance here. I've got a question for all of you. Which kind of life do you prefer, life in southern China or northern China? Why? Well, it's really hard to say which kind of life is better. We all know that. It's just a matter of preference. Just as Marty says, our lives are closely connected to the natural world. All we should do is to appreciate what nature offers us and leave you harmony with it. Everyone, we have come to the end of the class.
